Shelly was a fighter. She was crafty with a pair of scissors and fabric, and she always decorated for the holidays. She would dress up in costume for the holidays and show up at her son's school.
Shelly founded H.E.R.O.E.S. - Helping Each Other Reach Out and Educate Society. A support group for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
She was a loving daughter, sister and mother.
